Shoppes at Jenner's Village — Local services in Penn Township

This rating is directed at the deli department. I placed my order (2 items), when I arrived through, the kiosk. I proceeded to complete my shopping and during that time never heard my order number called or received a text notification. My shopping took about 30 minutes. I walked over to the deli pick up area and there no orders waiting pick up. So I stood patiently waiting for my order to be announced it was completed. As I am waiting, multiple walk up customers were helped and went on their merry way. Finally after standing there for about 15 minutes, I am asked if I was being helped. I responded I ordered through the kiosk told them what I ordered and was told it was being worked on. I catch a glimpse of someone using the deli slicer with an item I ordered. Finally...I say to myself. Then that person walks away and disappears for over 5 minutes. They come back and start slicing again. From the time the employee started slicing again, it took another 5 minutes to finish and package my order. All told, it took the deli department about 50 minutes to complete my 2 orders.
