Walgreens — Local services in Pennington Gap

This particular location needs help from corporate. The landscaping and parking lot are quite unkempt most of the time. As for the staff, the majority of them are quite great. However, I wish the pharmacy could get a new, full time permanent pharmacist. Brian is wonderful and we really like him.

There is a lady though who seems to delight in not helping anyone. Every time we have a problem, she seems to be the one on duty. There's always some excuse and she never apologizes for the inconvenience. It's always no we can't do that.
