Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Pennington Gap

The last 2 pizza's I ordered were inedible and tasted like they had old product that had gone bad and when I complained on the second pizza after not complaining about the first one considering the fact that the past several pizza's I had ordered were so good I just let the first bad pizza go. The manager apologized and gave me a credit. Well after waiting a few weeks I ordered a pizza and I sat and waited for over an hour for it to be delivered and I never recieved the pizza. When i called the manager she was acting as tho i didnt know good pizza and was put off. She had removed the credit and I am now of the mind theres greater issues there then just bad food I highly recomend going elsewhere for pizza. I also complained to corporate with which I was told they would look into it and I would hold off on a review and they would get back to me. Well I am done waiting. I am thoroughly disappointed by Puzza Hut there pizza is expensive to begin with and at this point I will not likly ever eat at a Pizza Hut again. We are now going to be making our own pizza at home I have given up on ordering a pizza from anyone thats worth the money. Unfortunantly a frozen pizza for much less is far better then there pizza save your money. Eating pizza at home from now on unless out of area it's a sad day. I have always ordered pizza out several times a year this us a big loss to pizza places I am sure I am not the only one that feels this way. One pizza over 28 dollars plus tip and it's not edible never again....

I don’t usually do reviews but I’m really unhappy with the events of this evening. Being superbowl Sunday we preordered our wings hours in advance to ensure we gave the restaurant plenty of time to prepare them without feeling rushed. I was due to pick wings up at 6:00pm. At 5:54 I received a call to inform me that they didn’t have any wings to make. 6 minutes before I was due to pick them up. They should have been made already and I get a call that not only were they NOT even started, but they don’t even have them anymore!! Our party began at 6:30 and we had no time to go elsewhere to get wings. It’s very frustrating. The staff were so rude and had an “oh well” attitude about the entire situation. I get running out. But to call someone literally 6 minutes before they’re due to arrive to pick their dinner up that you have not made them and cannot make them is simply unacceptable!! I had the respect to plan ahead to ensure the restaurant did not feel pressured and they chose to behave in this manner and completely disregarded their customers time. Will not be doing business here further. I’d rather drive the extra miles to another pizza location that respects and values...

Food is great,its very clean,it used to be a helper for the maintenance so I know a lot about this place,recently the employee's are the biggest problem,they will lie on you,recently one made false accusations about me and tried to get me arrested,video can,and will prove I was no where around here,the saddest part is the place refuses to do their own investigation,a lot of negativity and gossip goes on here,but its a shame they refuse to tell the truth and would allow a completely innocent person to get in trouble over a lie with the employee's staff whatever you wanna call them could stop it,but instead I was told to stay away,so im not aloud to eat at a public restarau t now when I've done nothing,wow,guess your past (25 years ago)really does reflect on everything.Had the proper things been done it would have stopped it dead in its tracks.But dishonest employees are many,and a lot could be said concerning this place.Other than that its a very nice place to eat,nobody could ever say I haven't helped out a lot in this...
