I had an awful experience! They came at 10pm to deliver my furniture (very unprofessional) I had a time scheduled from 3:30 6:30. When they got there furniture did not fit through my door. ( I don’t think he was trying hard enough because of the long day he may have had) which is understandable! Anyway I went there the next day to get a refund since he said they didn’t fit and was told I couldn’t get a refund only store credit !They never explained this to me before my purchase nor was it in writing that if it doesn’t fit I couldn’t receive a refund . DON'T GET FURNITURE FROM HERE!! They don't tell you the truth about your payments and they don't review the contract you sign honestly and correctly!! My wife and i asked questions about our payments and they lied to us. We're paying close to $5,000 for furniture that only costs about $1,500. They lied to us and ended up scamming us into over paying. On top of that they told us no credit check in applying for their payment program they offered. They lied about that too!!
