Had the absolute worst experience with Home Gallery Furniture & Mattress. They delivered a sofa to my house that was completely messed up—bruised, scratched, and covered in stains. It was obvious they sent me a used piece of furniture after I paid a lot of money for what I thought was supposed to be new. This makes absolutely no sense!

When I called to ask for at least some store credit, the person on the phone was extremely rude, gave me an attitude, and then had the nerve to hang up on me. This is beyond disrespectful and unacceptable. I’ve never dealt with such poor customer service. Avoid this place...

I had a terrible experience with Home Gallery Furniture & Mattress. I ordered a sofa expecting a brand-new piece, but what I received was nothing short of a disaster. It was beaten up, covered in stains, and looked like it had been used for years. I can’t believe I paid so much money for something in such horrible condition.

I will never buy furniture out of there again not it is a table the furniture have a very strong odor to it the plastic that they deliver it in is dirty the man told me that they use the same plastic on each furniture that deliver to customers homes I also don't like the fact that I can't pay for the furniture with my own credit card they either want to go into your checking account or they advise you to use their credit which they only give you 3 months to pay for furniture...
