When we go in the place it looks clean, there were only 4 people in there 2 waiting for food 2 waiting on orders. As we we wait in line people come in saying their orders was messed up and missing stuff. The staff weren't being rude, but man they were moving slow! Also I dont know if they were short staffed in the back because they didnt have anything, there were like 3-4 people at times in front. They were standing still at times just waiting I guess, the cashier put in the wrong sides onto the receipt and I guess people filling were suppose to remember what is suppose to be on there. We were there for about almost about a half hour, granted it was large order 2 16 pieces with sides. They didnt have enough chicken from the get go. And sides were limited. People kept coming in all the while saying their order was messed up via delivery or drive through or the people that were there before us. So the girl filled the order as she was waiting for chicken to come out, honestly she could have given us all breast and wings, she was waiting on dark meat to be cooked, just so we could leave, but it may not be policy. But then again we are talking about over $80 order. Something needs to be done with all the employees re training, starting fresh with new ones or anything. Also I guess the guy in the back felt rushed because some of the chicken was slightly under cooked, I had a bad feeling when I went in, sometimes we need to trust our instincts. I sat there waiting because a employee told me hold on that they would be right with me. 10 mins is a outrageous time to wait at a order menu after already waiting behind customer. When your employee was finally ready to take my order; I gave my order for a chicken sandwich combo. Only to find out as he tells me they’re out of chicken sandwiches because all the chicken is frozen. If that statement is true they could’ve told me rather than having me wait for 10 minutes at the order menu. But this is not my first negative experience at this location. Just the other day they gave me the wrong drink and I let it go. Almost every time I visit this location something is out of stock. The reasons range from we are out of lemonade, sweet iced tea, red velvet cakes, apple pie, chicken sandwiches. For me to have not one but many negative experiences at this location says a lot about management and the standards that this location is held up to. This location is in need of some TLC I hope in the future that this location can change to a positive experience for me and anybody else who visits again.
