Went in on Friday 04/11/2025 around 230/3pm parking lot was pretty much empty...it was nice outside so I could've went to Napa or Auto Zone but since this store is less than a Mike from my house & me being new to the area I decided to go...Caleb was at the counter waiting on a guy who had to go to his car & check something for accuracy...Caleb never acknowledged me & there was also 2 more other guys working in the store...neither of them acknowledged me either...the older white guy answered the phone so I spoke to Caleb & he act like he was insulted that I would address him...definitely not going back...customer...

On April 3rd 2022 I bought a brake hose and remanufactured caliper at the Peoria Heights store for $156.00. The next day I returned because there was no dust cap for the bleeder screw only to find that was an additional $6.00. The people were friendly enough, it's the corporation that has such disregard for its customers. Why not include the dust cap and charge a few dollars more or at the very least advise the customer it will need to be purchased separately instead of having them drive back in to buy it and then lay underneath the car again to install it, Not...

My windshield wiper broke right when crazy snow hit today and thankfully I was a half mile away from the store. The young man behind the counter not only picked the wiper blades out for me based on my car model and year, but he even went out in the cold weather and put them on my vehicle. In the mean time I had the privilege of chatting with the lovely amazing women inside in the store. I cannot thank them enough for their kind efforts today, if it was not for them, I would have been lost. Again,...
