Betty Jayne Brimmer Center for the Performing Arts — Attraction in Peoria Heights

The Betty Jayne Brimmer Center had been redeveloped into a lovely space for events, parties, and get togethers. I had a chance to visit while rehearsing for an upcoming Christmas concert and I can already tell it's going to be a wonderful location for this type of event.

The space is open and warm with lots of natural lighting in the daytime and impressive professional theater type lighting for concerts and shows at night. The mix of black painted steel with natural light wood gives the space a modern yet classical look.

A beautiful venue with tons of natural light. We booked the Betty Jayne to hold our wedding and reception. We worked with Carol throughout the process and she was so helpful. They were able to shift the layout between the ceremony and reception, provide tables, chairs, and table linens at no extra cost, and had a space in the building for the bridal party to get ready the day of. First time going to the Betty Jane and thoroughly enjoyed it. Small venue but that's definitely a positive not a negative. My only regret is Mr. Blickenstaff was out of town and not able to attend in person.
