I am, as they say, āover the moonā for this company. First time I used them a few months ago, I had dropped my husbandās ipod 2nd gen and the face exploded. I called all over Peoria trying to find a business that could replace the face with no luck (iPod too old) until I called CPR. They repaired it quickly and it still works great..(very happy husband too). Then over the weekend, I was trying to sync my iPhone XR to iTunes with an older computer and it caused my phone to lock up. I contacted Apple support and they said the phone would have to be restored to factory settings. I was heartbroken...so I called CPR to ask them to do that for me. I received a same day appointment and when I picked up the phone 2 hrs later, the service man told me he was able to āupdateā the phone instead of ārestoreā it. I did not lose anything! I was doing my āhappy danceā and so grateful I tipped him more then it cost me to have it fixed. This company is a diamond and I highly...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFixed my badly cracked screen quick and easy no questions asked! I have an iPhone 6s and it cost me $115 (way cheaper then other area businesses) and he offered a glass screen protector for just $15 (this usually run $40+)! It was ready within the hour (probably less but I left and came back almost 2+ hours later). The owner? was even patient enough to make some small talk about cases and got up to see if there were any more in stock that he'd recommend. Thank you for making my phone look brand new again! Great experience but I hope I never have to visit again. If I do break another phone I will definitely visit here!
P.S. The hours on help are wrong. I believe they are open until 6pm M-F and 4 on Sat. I could be wrong but I definitely they are not open 12-12. Please call.
UPDATE: Almost 1 year later and my phone screen is still holding strong! No defects, nothing. Iāve even dropped my phone in water and the screen didnāt...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would give 0 stars if possible and it's sad because the first guy who sold me the laptop was extremely personable and my experience with him was great! When I purchased the used laptop, I was told there was a 5 day return policy in case the laptop was not fit for what was needed. I go to refund and was told that there needed to be a factory reset. Issue was, my daughter was still logged in. Should be no issue, tech guys right? WRONG! I had to make a second trip to this place after I happened to Google how to factory reset without the password. Worked just fine, thanks Google. FYI, it's CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + R. You mean to tell me that they didn't know this!!!? I believe they just did not want to refund. The second guy was simply not nice or helpful. He heard refund and instantly changed course. Also, this is my second time posting a review because the first was deleted. That is BAD business as this was...
