"You dont pick the lane. I tell you which one." -Guy at the front desk
Our niece is 5 and loves bowling, but is as loud as any other kid when excited, so we kindly requested a lane not next to anyone so we dont disturb their game. All but one lane was being used and he put us next to them, so we decided to mini golf and go to landmark for bowling instead. We've never had an issue making that request at landmark even though they're always busy. I'm sure the 4 teens would've been thrilled that we would be right next to them instead of literally anywhere else.
He was rude as soon as we went in and asked if we pay there. It's a simple question that doesn't warrant any attitude. Any gesture such as getting up from his seat, greeting us, or wearing a uniform/looking kempt could've let us assume that much. Since otherwise, a simple "yes" would've sufficed next to "well yeah" in the tone of "obviously." Not quite as obvious as you'd think, my guy. Won't be returning to find out why this guy is...
Read moreMy family and I had a great time. Had no issues with the mini golf or bowling, so the experience was pain free. That said, some of the staff was questionable. The man behind the counter had this strong air or "I'd rather be anywhere right now but the place.", wasn't very courteous to other customers in front of me and seemingly just didn't care . The person bartending didn't know how to make any drinks told the person in front of my that "White Claw" was a beer when it's a seltzer. I can chalk this up to a call off and he possibly being thrown in there with no knowledge of the bar. That said, he could have looked it up on his phone or asked what where in the drinks I mentioned to him. Once again, small nitpicks but things that were glaringly obvious...

Then upon putting my shoes on and getting a bowling ball, i decide I want to get a drink, I present my VALID ID. The bartender refused to serve me despite the fact Ive been 21 for several months. I go to the counter and present a foid card with my birthdate, my actual valid Id, and a basset license ( I can legally serve people alcohol). The man walks off with my and comes back and says I cannot be served alcohol despite the fact I can go across the street and buy a PINT of liquor with no problem. The only good thing they did was provide a...
