I read the reviews and to be honest wasn’t expecting the great service we received. I stopped by with my daughter for a drive thru treat and the ladies were so nice and helpful. When we asked about the different flavors and which flavors would be best on a banana split the lady at the drive thru was very helpful. When we pulled up to pay they were kind and thankful. Even when we received our ice cream they made sure we had spoons and enough napkins… wow. I will definitely go back again…well done ladies this is a rare...

They don't even deserve a star. Service was poor. The 2 people working both had attitudes to serve us ice cream. The hot fudge was not hot heck it wasn't even warm. Then the lava cake was NOT lava cake and when it was pointed out the service became worse and we were told that's all they use for lava cake when it tasted like coffee. I stopped for an ice cream cone. The young lady that made my cone did not pack the ice cream in the cone tightly. When I was paying the ice cream fell out of the cone and onto the counter. The young lady just stared at me. I then asked if I could have a new cone. She answered no, my manager won't allow me to do that. I then asked for a refund and she again said no.
