I genuinely loved this store and would come here for gifts for kids since toy stores are not around much anymore. I have to say they have some cute and unique stuff but the customer service is terrible. From the moment you walk in, the staff can’t even say hello to you or smile: this is why brick and mortar stores are being swallowed up by online stores. We don’t have to buy anything from places like this anymore, let alone waste our gas to drive to you. The funny thing is, you hire your little nephews and nieces to work there and they don’t even know how to wrap your purchase or put it in a bag.    Read moreI ordered a toy online, it was shipped and received promptly, however it was not the toy we were expecting(did not match the picture of the product on the website). I went to the website to fill out a request to be contacted by the store, but the website would not allow me to submit the request. So, I called the store. The employee I spoke with took my name and number and told me the manager would call me. Later, I noticed the manager had emailed me instead. I tried to explain the situation to the manager via email...that was over 3 WEEKS AGO, and I still have not heard anything. Pretty disappointing, won’t be ordering...
   Read moreIt's a shame because myself and my children really like this place. The last time I was there (maybe a month ago) I had asked the OWNER if I can use the bathroom. My son had to pee. He refused to let us use it. The previous time before that, I used the bathroom that the employee politely showed me where it was. When I asked the owner why was I able to last time but not this time. He basically froze and had nothing to say except "uhhh it's not working"
It's a shame because I was easily spending $100+ a week in that place. You won't be seeing us anymore. Absolutely barbaric behavior not letting a child use your bathroom,...
