The beverage quality is usually good, but my God are they over priced! Especially for iced drinks, where they fill the cup with so much ice you hardly get to enjoy a drink! I don't go here unless I'm given a gift card or someone else is ordering. It's the people who work for Starbucks that make me think it's corporate greed at its best. I've never once had friendly service in over 10years, from any location. They are either miserable or snobbish. I could imagine if I were a difficult customer, with a difficult order. This is a drive up only store near me. The guy that waited on me was awesome but sadly, I didn't get his name (it was Dec 9th @ 11am). It was my birthday and my Starbucks app said that but the barcode for my free coffee wouldn't work and didn't come up on his screen. I offered to show my driver's license but he said that I didn't need to and have me the code for free. We also shot the breeze about the Browns while waiting for the coffee. This Starbucks is one of the first no dine-in locations in the USA. With only a walk-up window and a drive-thru, this actually makes for a much more efficient and speedy experience for us coffee drinkers. The walk-up window flows very smoothly for app orders ahead of time, while the drive-thru honestly is one of the fastest I've ever been in.

Regulars are often greeted by name, and even those of us just passing through are always greeted with a warm welcome.
