Burger King — Restaurant in Jackson Township

So I found myself needing to stop here due to a couple of guys that I work with, not having wives that packed their lunches for them. I had already enjoyed my well-balanced and nutritious lunch that my lovely wife had packed for me... HOWEVER, I drive by Burger King on a regular basis, and like anyone else.... I am always tempted by the smell that BK pumps out of their roof. This time, I gave into said temptation!! In my 46 years on this planet, they were the freshest pickles, tomato, onions, and buns I have ever had at any Burger King or McDonald's, for that matter. Now, as for the fact that I bought a Whopper Jr., just so I could have something to eat with my coworkers... I was a little upset to see (after purchase) that I could've purchased "Two Whopper Jr's for $5" instead of paying almost $4 for one. I miss the days when cashiers would excitedly inform you of the "up-sell." I surely would've purchased two.. In closing... This was the best quality Burger King of all the Burger Kings that this guy has ever...

I am still confused by my drive through experience on Sunday. I wanted a quick bite, and was also asked to pick up an Impossible combo for a friend. At the speaker, I ordered the Impossible combo, medium size, and then saw a buy-one-get-one-for-$1 ad. I asked about it, and ended up agreeing to take a bacon-cheeseburger-looking sandwich (then an additional one for a buck). Plus a diet soda. When I got to the pay window (very slow, btw, as there is no 'pay window' open anymore) I was given a total of $19 something. I said "you must have the wrong order". But no! a combo meal, a buy-one-get-one-for-$1 and a drink was nearly TWENTY DOLLARS. Nope. Not in this universe, especially when Sheetz is right across the street. 2 hot dogs for $1. Large soda $1.29. BK, that is ROBBERY. Whatever you want to call it,...

I hate to give a bad review, because being in business is hard and not every day is a perfect day, but I feel I have to with this location, if only to help prod them to reach a higher standard.

I'll start with the good. I was greeted promptly and received my food quickly. My burger was hot and tasted fresh. My drink was good as well.

Now for the bad The men's bathroom was not cleaned and had wet paper towels in the sink. The lot had trash in quite a few spots. The landscape looked ignored. I only ordered three items, a burger, some nuggets, and a drink. I specifically asked for sauce and didn't get any. And the nuggets were very dry and tough to chew, like they were a few hours old.

I wouldn't visit this location again unless the reviews following mine show a definite...
