Perry Plaza — Local services in Perry

Perry plaza is a series of stores. I stopped into a sandwhich shop called Yodders. The food is simple, generous portions and tasty. Walk through the door there's a table with desserts in plastic containers. Lime cake with vanilla frosting, chocolate brownie... $2.00 and offering a free banana. Straight in to the left is the cash registar. There's a white paper menu. I had the pesto chicken sandwhich with sliced pickles and chips (6.95 ) A drink, brownie and macaroni salad 13.00 in total including sandwhich. The brownie was good. I could only eat 1/2 the sandwhich and saved the rest. Macaroni salad was homemade. Yum. They set up styrofone cups with ice in it. You grab it and pour in your own drink. Ice tea, lemonade, canned drinks like Sprite,Coke and Dr Pepper. It's a popular destination with the locals. Very friendly people who work there. They allowed me to get a refill before I left. I...

Lol this Skipper Johns ask which fish you want with your fish dinner but give you what they want you to have or what they've got. Most times it seems they have whiting. I usually forget to look at the fish and try and figure out which I've got. So quick to eat it while it's hot. New employees don't put a ton of seasoning salt on the food. Food used to be red with so much seasoning salt. Lol much more expensive now. Last 2 pieces of fish I got were a lot smaller than usual. Less fries as well.
