I absolutely recommend Brittle and Co! I stopped in today to browse their dresses and found they were right in the middle of organizing and quite busy; however, Kim and her staff were immediately welcoming and attentive. They went out of their way to help me find dresses that were perfect for me, MULTIPLE dresses! They never stopped attending to other customers or handling their duties, but they still took the time and made a point to assist me and make me feel welcome and valued. I can't thank Kim enough for being so kind and helpful in finding me the right dresses and colors. I felt confident and beautiful in my new dresses; I even wore one out of the store! Please do not use this place to sell any sort of prom or weeding dress. I have been repeatedly calling up there every month for the past 2 year to see if my dress sold only to be told this last month that they had lost my dress and could not find any record of sell on the system. After going back and forth with what it seemed like everyone employed by the company for 2 months, I just today told that they found the sell in the system but would only give me store credit. I then again had to argue with the manager over how this was not my fault and how i should be given cash. The agreed amount i was supposed to get for the dress was 200 and after all of this I was only given 100. This company lacks communication and I would not trust them with any item...

I had such a great experience shopping here! The store is beautifully organized, with a wide selection of high-quality pieces, from designer handbags to unique finds. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and I appreciated how knowledgeable they were about the items. It really feels like an upscale boutique, but with the fun of finding one-of-a-kind treasures.
