Shop there often and have never had to exchange or return and I was unaware of exchange policy. Sales clerk was very nice but said she couldn’t do it. Asked owner to call me and she was EXTREMELY rude. Only wanted to exchange for something that fit and she said policy was set in stone. Still have items full price in store so it isn’t like they are on sale now. Think twice before shopping here. Young girls are nice but owner is not customer service oriented. Will take my business elsewhere for shops that appreciate my business.

I appreciate your response however your attitude bothered me more than anything. You were sassy and rude. The sales clerks have never mentioned the return policy and I didn’t notice it in the store. I asked to exchange for anything that fit and you refused. I could have easily mailed back had I known but we were just going to exchange as we came back through Perry. Last month, I placed an online order for over $500 worth of clothing. An item from my order arrived with a black mark on it, so I promptly emailed the owner and sent photos asking to return the item, or for the item to be discounted further. After a few weeks of not hearing back (giving them the benefit of the doubt because it was the holidays), I called the store and an employee said she’d leave a detailed message for the owner. Over the last two weeks, I’ve called the store twice, and each time I “just missed” the owner. When I called again yesterday afternoon, an employee informed me that they have given the owner my messages and that there’s nothing more they can do. I am a big proponent of supporting local businesses but this has been an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you value...
