So I place an online order on October 1st!! I reached out to my local Aaron’s store, witch is the Perth Amboy Aaron’s...a young lady answered the phone ,I had to give her my name multiple times and she kept on putting me on hold without saying she was and I just had to keep repeating myself multiple times!!! So she finally gave me a delivery date, for the 17th another week of waiting, with no type of apologies or anything so I ask to speak to the manager her name is Ortiz the sales manager and she was the rudest manager ever!!! She had the nerve to tell me I should’ve came in the store if I wanna my stuff sooner!!! I was like what it’s a million different reasons why I had to place it online!!! It’s shouldn’t make a differences online says 5-7 business Days to delivery ok cool!!! Don’t get rude about it and you didn’t even try and accommodate this mix up !!! It gets worst 😩 I reach out to the CS support and tell them what happened, ( they where very professional and very apologetic about the situation) so they telling me my order is coming this week , so I called today 10-15 to check up on my order to confirm it will be delivered this week and I Spoken to another manager Ayless and he was rude also they canceled my order without even noticing me or nothing while the customer service people telling me it’s coming and the whole time it was canceled!!! So I reached out to the Plainfield’s Aaron’s and it was a complete different they where so professional and Elliot the Manager handle everything well and my order will be here Friday!!!!! Read moreHorrible experience! Extremely unprofessional! It took almost over 3mths for them to finally fix the broken furniture they put together wrong. It took me not making anymore payments on the broken furniture for them to finally reach out to me. Not in regards to my broken furniture by the way. They forgot all about that. They had no clue about what I was talking about because apparently the store in plainfield I originally dealt with is permanently closed now. So I once again explain the issue to the new people in the perth amboy location! K n
The communication is also horrible! They never get back to you when they say they will! I had to constantly remind them of why I'm calling, because they always seem to forget! So I'm having to explain over and over what the issue that I'm having is. And then they have the audacity to be frustrated, bothered, and rude towards me!
These people think that just because there customers are of bad credit or no credit and there are not many other places that will approve for a furniture finance they can treat them any type of crude way they want!

Read moreIve been a customer for over 10 years. The experience today from the Perth Amboy location is horrible. I decided to use them again for a new living room set. I received a call to change the delivery date from the 26th to the 29th. Okay no worries I will take that day off the person who called to change the date said the delivery should be at 3pm. No one called me to inform me that they would be late. I called the location and was told it will take another hour. By this time I’m cutting it close because I have another responsibility at 6pm. No call and they did not show up at 4. I called at 630 again and the person picked up the phone and laughed saying they should be coming tonight. I asked if they closed at 7 and the person laughed again saying the delivery people will still deliver. I don’t find this funny at all. It’s called common courtesy to advise a customer of late arrivals and also respect of customer time. Needless to say after this last encounter I will not be using them again.
