This is the worst experience ever and I moved a lot in my life. They are completely unprofessional. I am still waiting for my shipment and nobody gets back to me or give me the courtesy of a call or email despite my numerous attempt to contact them and get an update. I suspect they have lost my stuff but they did charge my credit card a month ago. They also change the price of the initial quote i have in writing and increased it by $900 They are blackmailing me and holding my shipment hostage.
