I’m only giving it one star because I can’t give it a 0. I went into Leen’s Jeweler with my mother who was looking to sell quite a bit of her gold. I approached the owner (I’m assuming) to show him everything to get a price. The whole time he just kept saying no one will give us a better price, that’s it. My mother was very emotional as it was very hard to part with her pieces, the owner insisted on preying on her while she was crying. I had to be firm and tell him to please give her a minute to think about the offer. He then huffed and kept saying “don’t worry about nothing, you not gonna get any better than this.” I was very skeptical on the price, so we asked if we went outside to think about it, would the offer be the same if we come back in. He was very rude and stated no, the deal is only good now. I am extremely disappointed. This is not about the money or the business aspect. He was very rude and treated us with complete disrespect. I am highly disappointed....

Afterwards, we went to another jeweler in town, E&E, and it turns out that jeweler actually gave us more than Leen’s Jeweler’s offer.

I will never return to this business. Very rude, money hungry, unfair and 0% bedside manor. You...

If I could give them a 0, I would. On vacay from Miami, the battery on my Tissot watch ($600 value) died. Owner at Leen's Jewelry charges me $25 to replace the battery. When I told him I'm accustomed to paying $5 in Miami, he tells me "the more expensive the watch, the more expensive the battery"! Who does that? It's the same battery as a Timex. Then two days later after my routine shower the face of the watch is completely wet on the inside, then the watch stopped working altogether! I took it back to Leen's Jewelry fully expecting him not to take any blame, and of course he did not let me down. He proceeded to tell me he was a professional, blah, blah, blah. Obviously he doesn't know how to replace a battery without fully closing the back. My watch...

This store made my jewelry selección life much easier. They have lots of varieties and good quality jewelries, but apart from the jewelry It is mandatory for me to recognize such good customer service for remarkable efforts during my visits to this store. Both, the lady at the store and the guy, have great sense of humor and such professionalism that every time I go to that store I always get out with my hands full and as happy as anyone that loves buying jewelry can be. The staffs here are just as attentive and knowledgeable about one’s needs. I would definitely recommend this...
