I shop at this Rainbow location at least three times a week, but I’ve had enough of what I keep seeing here. On Sunday morning, when I came in, the girl at the front had her hoodie pulled over her head and was sitting there on her phone. That was so unprofessional that I literally walked right out of the store. I knew the other girl would be coming later, because I shop here so often I know they usually switch shifts around 2 or 2:30. So I came back that afternoon, around 2:30, because I knew she’d actually help me.
Sure enough, when I came back, that young lady was walking with me through the store, helping me shop and find what I wanted. But while she was helping me, the manager, Mr. Sammy (that’s what the girls call him), yelled at her in front of me and other customers for “not paying attention” to the front of the store. Instead of appreciating her for helping a paying customer, he embarrassed her in front of everyone. That was completely unnecessary, humiliating for her, and uncomfortable for everyone watching.
And this isn’t the first time—I’ve seen this happen again and again. Mr. Sammy constantly disrespects his staff. He yells at them, talks down to them, and keeps them stuck on ladders nonstop. The second they come down to help a customer, he barks at them to get right back up. Why not hire more staff and run the store properly? One person on the ladder, one on the floor, and one in the back. Instead, the store is chaotic, unorganized, and stressful for both customers and employees.
The truth is, the young lady he yelled at is the only one who actually helps me when I shop here. The rest of his staff are rude or unprofessional. The girl at the front just ignores customers on her phone, and the cashier is rude, yelling at people and treating customers with an attitude like she’s doing them a favor.
Rainbow needs to take a serious look at this manager and his staff. The way he runs this store is unprofessional, disrespectful, and flat-out wrong. If things don’t change, I won’t be...
Read moreThe staff at Rainbow has a problem with the customers that keep the store open & them employed. Everybody knows it & has a problem with it. Even if there’s customers taking long when you’re about to close, HAVE RESPECT.
The staff rudely rushed my friend & I out the door before closing. A young woman followed us around the store, spoke to us with attitude & reminded us numerous times they’re closing soon. We weren’t allowed to use the dressing room to try on clothes so we didn’t buy them. We would have spent a lot of money here if we weren’t disrespected & badgered out the store.
Never coming here again in the future & spending my hard earned money to be disrespected, talked down to, by bum employees in a clothing store.
Watch your employees, this is bad for your...
Read moreI’m really upset that the young lady with the red hair who always used to help me at the front doesn’t seem to be working here anymore. I shop at Rainbow often, and whenever she was here, she always helped me find exactly what I needed and greeted me with a friendly smile. Over the last week or so, I haven’t seen her, and the experience just hasn’t been the same. The other girls are fine, but they don’t give the same attentive customer service—sometimes it even feels like they look at me as if I’m doing something wrong. The young lady with the red hair always made me feel welcome, and I...
