I have always been a loyal customer and have recommended this business many times, but this time my experience was very disappointing. From the beginning, I had to insist too much just to get service when placing my order, which shouldn’t be the case.

When I arrived to pick up my cake, I immediately noticed that the staff was not welcoming at all. On top of that, I was informed that I would be refunded $10 because they couldn’t do the drip design I had requested. However, no one informed me about this in advance. If they had told me beforehand, I could have at least decided whether I still wanted to proceed with the order.

When I finally received the cake, I chose not to say anything at the time, especially because I did not really see the cake since it’s covered with the box, after opening and placing it on the dessert table I was beyond angry! And after tasting it, I realized that the flavor was also not the same as usual. Honestly, I was shocked that they delivered a cake in that condition—one that I’m sure they wouldn’t even use in their social media promotions.

When you spend your money, you expect quality and good service, not a product made without care. I really hope they improve their customer service, communication, and overall attitude toward customers because, unfortunately, this time they left me very disappointed.

This is the worst Dominican cake I have ever had the said privilege to eat! First of all they asked me to leave a deposit when I placed the order by phone, which I did not mind. She 5xted me the receipt and had the nerve to charge me a 10% tip! For what? I haven't even gotten the cake and they automatically charged me aTIP! How do they know what I want to give? Especially since I have never used them! When I picked it up let me tell u it wasn't very impressive. The cake was so plain,it looked like they didn't even want to put m7chwork for the freaken %80 iPad for it! I then said something and the young girl was nice enough to put a little decoration on it. I took the cake and served it at my Easter party,can I tell u that I was so embarrassed when I kept seeing people throw the cake out! When I tried it my God was it dry and 5adted nothing like the good Dominican cakes I have had from other bakeries! I warned my family about this place and instead took a class from a very close friend that makes great cakes and now I make them and sell them. This place deserves two stars only because the taste of the baked goods aren’t bad at all and I feel bad giving this star because I can tell the owner put a lot of work into this bakery. All the cakes and cupcakes were beautiful and the prices are reasonable! The decoration of this place is bizarre and actually feels homey the problem is the 3 girls who work in the front. When you walk in they don’t even grant you a hello, they stare are you and wait till you say what you want. I was very indecisive because I didn’t know what to get my daughter for Easter and there was so much to choose from! The girl who attended me had the nastiest attitude. I asked her which one she would recommend and she said whichever. And once I paid she didn’t ask to give me a receipt didn’t say thank you goodbye she just left to the back. She totally ruined my experience. But I thought maybe it was just her having a bad day who knows, later that day I came back to get more cupcakes since they tasted very good!
