I had researched T-Mobile as I was looking for a new carrier for home Internet and 2 mobile lines. Adrian, Stephan and staff exceeded our expectations in all aspects and stand head & shoulders above all other carriers & stores for professional yet very courteous service. T-Mobile quality of signal exceeds all others in the Hattiesburg area. Their attention to details and assistance far exceeds all our past experiences with ALL other carriers in South Mississippi. Went to the petal location on gandy two or three days after Christmas around 6 pm to set up sons new iPhone. The two gentlemen working were absolutely amazing! They hot his phone completely set up, transferred info from old phone, and put his glass protector on quickly and accurately with a smile on their face. I wish I could remember their names because they were absolutely amazing and I will continue to do business with T-Mobile because of those two employees. I hope T-Mobile realizes what Treasures they have in those two employees and I think they both deserve a raise and promotions.
