Starbucks — Restaurant in Petal

I NEVER write reviews, this might be my first in years. The woman working drive through this morning was horrible! She snipped an attitude at me when I asked a question about an item that was no longer pictured on the menu. I asked why pricing was added onto a product I was having substituted in my drink and that apparently upset her more. Responding with I don’t make the prices. I’m aware and nor did I hound her about the pricing just said I’d rather not make the modification to my drink then. I proceeded to the window and not a single word was spoken to me just irritated stares. Then basically hollered at me to have a great day while slamming the sliding window shut. Stopped by this morning to get a vanilla bean frappuccino. When I started to drink my frappuccino and noticed that it did not have hardly any flavor other than crushed ice. Walked back in the store and ask the employee if the vanilla bean frappuccino had changed. She told me that she would not know because they didn't mix the vanilla bean flavor. I told the employee that my drink did not have any flavor to it. She did not offer to fix another drink or anything. So with that being said, do not expect to get anything good from the starbucks in petal. I have never felt like I was more of an inconvenience to someone's day than when I entered this drive thru. I submitted my order via the app and it said it would be ready within 3-6 minutes. I pulled up and bypassed the menu/speaker since my order was already placed (there was no one in line) and the girl at the window angrily said "You have to drive around and stop this time. Per the store manager." So, I did as she said. And when I pulled around and got to the speaker, I was scolded for arriving within 2 minutes of placing my order because "it wasn't ready yet".
