Los Chicos Tequila Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Petal

As I was walking into the restaurant we was greeted properly. We walked into the bar and the young lady who was behind it with dark hair didn’t even acknowledge us or say hello. Number 1 rule of customer service is greet anybody walking into the bar. She was very friendly which what seemed to be family sitting behind us. She fixed their drinks and didn’t ask us anything. It took someone 10 mins to ask us what we wanted to drink. Their was a young guy who came and approached us but his customer service was not the best he gave us a dirty refill Cup. He walked away again for another 10 mins. We wasn’t never checked on after food came. Poor customer service. My daughter had an he street tacos the steak tacos didn’t have any seasoning. Enjoyed sharing fajitas for 1. Very tasty and filling. Refried beans and the salsa was really good. Awesome server. Valentines Date with the wife had fajitas for 2 with rice and beans, cheese dip and drinks for $30. Was a great time and again had a good server David. 6/5 enjoyed dinner with my wife around 5:30ish. We were seated very quickly and given The Best waitress anyone could ask for, Jasmine. We enjoyed several of their $2 margaritas they offer Mon through Thurs. Wife wasn't terribly hungry so we shared a Chimichanga. With the chips, salsa, and cheese dip, all the food was enough for us both. Me, my friend and our children went to dinner here. I asked for a margarita with a sugar rum, was given a salty margarita with a salt rim, told my waiter it was incorrect, he literally poured the salty margarita into a cup with a sugar rim, I still couldn’t drink it because it was extremely salty, then I ordered steak & chicken loco fries, he brought out shrimp loco fries and acted dumbfounded when I told him that it was incorrect, mind you I don’t eat shrimp. We all ate queso dip for an appetizer, ordered our individual meals and WE ALL ended up with food poisoning, confirmed by a doctor (have after visit summary for proof). I thought I’d found a good spot for me and friends to come to when we need a drink & good meal but nope !
