I can’t speak anymore highly of this place. They opened just as I started to grapple the concept of ‘climate anxiety’ and being able to patron this establish is like the best medicine. As a small business, they are purposefully thoughtful about everything they stock, testing everything out in their own home first. Being parents themselves, the owners even take into consideration the needs of their youngest customers (the kids that come in with their parents) by placing busying toys & products at knee height. They’ve even gone so far as to personally serve curbside when my 2 and 4 year old have simultaneously fallen asleep in the car (our current situation as I type this). If you aren’t already a regular here, I highly highly encourage it so we can all continue to make more sustainable choices through their store, for years...

Have been here many times since my first review. As they say...refill. This time I replaced the wool dryer balls and now clothes are getting dryer faster. I tried out a few products for traveling including the toothpaste tablets (much less space in my suitcase and they work great) and body wash (great light fragrance and 3 squirts to wash my entire body - used one squirt at a time and emulsified the small amount to a suds before washing my body). Come check this out, the world needs more of this! Bring clean empty bottles, pumps, or jars so you can get their bulk shampoo, conditioner, lotion, dish detergent, and other products. I especially wish I’d had an opaque tube or jar, so I could get their bulk sunscreen!

They also have lovely bar soaps and sturdy household items made of upcycled or compostable materials.

The employees were very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. They were not pushy at all and actually suggested that I did not need one of my items, since I was already getting something similar to it. I really appreciate how much they seemed to care about sustainability. Though they are an independent store, they keep updated a map with a list of all refillable shops in the USA. It’s on their...
