Warhammer — Local services in Petaluma

Took a drive from Santa Rosa, to check out the Warhammer location in Petaluma. Stopped at the front door and noticed a sign which said that the employee was away for lunch. (This is not my complaint, everyone deserves a lunch) but Before I even pulled my phone out of my pocket in order to look at the time, A very rude woman sitting on a bench decided to inform me of the exact information which I just read. I inquired if she was an employee, she stated she was “the only employee and Any more questions that you have will have to wait until I’m done with my lunch” stated in such disrespectful manner that I simply got in my car and left. After this experience, I will never come back to this store. I highly recommend OP comics and games based in Santa Rosa. Carl is the MAN! He cares about every single person that walks in that store, whether it’s for a a long time player or someone who’s just getting in to the hobby. My friends and I started playing a while ago now and Carl has been a tremendous help and influence, we couldn’t thank him enough. Funny enough when talk about getting stuff, we don’t ask each other “hey who wants to go to the warhammer store” instead every time it’s “we gotta go see Carl”. He knows us by name and remembers everything from general armies we’re interested in, to the small details like paint jobs. I'm still pretty new to Warhammer miniature painting and I came in to see if I could get help with some tips on transfer sheets I didn't really know what I was looking for I just knew it was some sort of coating. I asked her if there was some sort of adhesive I should be using and she immediately made me feel like an idiot for asking saying that's not how it works. She did point me in the direction of the ardcoat, which is what I was looking for, but she could've done so in a way less disrespectful tone. Needless to say I didn't feel welcome there and I won't be shopping there again anytime soon. I didn't get her name but the person running this location needs to practice better...
