T.J. Maxx & HomeGoods — Local services in Petaluma

This store is huge and always has great deals, but management needs to be educated with better methods to communicate, adress, and treat customers.

To be more specific Lisa, the front register key holder or manager has always had the worst attitude with dealing with simple questions about items. I can't believe someone with that attitude is even a manager representing the face of the store.

I asked if an item could be discounted because it was damaged and she came up to the employee stating "ok what am I looking at? What's this?" In a very demeaning manner.

All while never asking me directly what my question was Or Introducing herself Not even acknowledging me as the customer

Very rude and poor behavior

Every single time I shop at this location it's the same attitude. If an employee ever asks her a question regarding a customer concern, she comes over with the same energy towards the employee and makes it seems like someone is doing something wrong instead of providing customer service and fair judgement.

It would be nice to feel welcomed to shop in the store and not have managers that are micro managing employees and speak to customers with respect.

This store has so much drama going on. They need to get Unionized!! The manager, Christina is not professional she has so much favoritism. she has her little group of people that She likes and will let everything slide for them. While everyone else has to do their work, and the other person’s work as well because they are not capable of doing their job. Its not fair that Christina always has everyone doing myra’s job. Christina needs to stop Making excuses for why Myra can’t do her job! Her excuse always is “I have problems at home” we all have problems at home!! I have been living in Petaluma for a couple of years now and didn't even realize that my favorite store was here. TJ Maxx was my 'go to store' when I lived in Santa Rosa but then moved a lot and landed in Petaluma. It's amazing that none of my friends or family told me about it being here. I am so delighted that TJ Maxx is close and even larger than the one in Santa Rosa. I love this store! I am still wearing some of their amazing clothes that I bought 20 years ago.
