Pharr Childrens Day and Night Clinic — Local services in Pharr

First they take too long generally speaking. Second once you get to see a doctor they don't really seem to either understand or listen to our needs. I told my doctor about stomach flu my son started having and they just said was a reaccion to the medecine? Dr didnt even see him or cheked him i wasnt even taken into a room. The dr. only talked to me over the phone and determined results without hearing my sons stomach. This is only my latest experience not to talk about when my son has to take vaccines they never ever tell me he is going in for vaccination only for physical. To me this makes a difrence because i can prepare with enough time and possibly take a day from work if my son has a reaccion. They just dont seem to knowledgeable or seem to care about patients. Lately I have to tell them I have to pay a co-pay on every visit otherwise they dont seem to pay attention. To me Its just too many bad experiences that makes me dislike this place overall. I DO...

I took my daughter to see a doctor & to get covid test because she had been feeling sick had fever cough eye, ear infection. I did a home test and she came out positive for covid. I took her so she can get some medication perscribed & so they can also do another covid test. They took over 6 hrs to see us. I had to keep calling and asking when they would see her they kept telling me that they had alot of patients. Finally at the end they came to do the covid test and the doctor had only came out once to check my daughter's eyes & left back inside & never came back to finish the exam mind you this was outside the clinic. At around 1130 they did the covid test & doctor finished checking her after I complained inside. Save yourself your time & don't visit this clinic. Worst experience ever!!! Worst children's...

I called 12/29 at 2:45pm to make an appointment for 12/30 and a nurse said she would call me back with an appointment confirmation it was 7pm and never received a call i called back because i really needed an appointment and another nurse answered she apologized for not calling back and asked me what time i wanted my appointment and i said what time do you guys open she said 7am i said i wanted my appt at that time, i go in today 12/30 to my appt at 7am and to my surprise they never set an appt for me and they dont take walk in for...
