The food and the service were commendable, but my only continuing and pressing concern with Whataburger is the continued LACK OF FOLLOW UP from the Whataburger Escalations Team. I complained about a MISSING item on an order in September 2022, I received a reply from the Escalations Team that my concern would be addressed within 1 week. After 6 weeks of waiting, I re-contacted the Escalations Team and got nothing in response until January 2023, I received a message that I was being granted a FREE WhataChicken combo for my patience, it would appear on my Whataburger app within 24 hours. 1 month later, I still have not received the FREE WHATACHICKEN nor has my initial concern been addressed. If you are reading this and are a member of Whataburger Management, send this to your corporate office. This is UNACCEPTABLE!

The most horrible display of customer service of any whataburger we've been to in the valley, and that's pretty bad. Whataburger can usually be counted on for good food and friendly workers. Spoke with Danya, verbalized my issue, and she never said one word to me in response. She literally stayed on the phone while I waited for her to respond to my questions, and she never said a word. My mom went to go pick up a curbside order and they took forever, she called and asked what was the hold up ( being the ONLY CURBSIDE Customer waiting ) and they told her not yet, still 2 more minutes. Later the gentleman went to give her her order and no condiments were given to her, no milk and sugar for the coffee she ordered. ( she works so she wasn’t going to have access to that stuff at work ) so she told the gentleman for the condiments and he was taking his sweet time so my mom decided to get off.
