I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist at this clinic. From the moment I walked in, she had an extremely rude and unprofessional attitude. She was openly complaining about how many patients there were, as if that’s our fault ? If you hate your job, just say that. I was there simply to pick up some lab results. After I paid, she just stared at me without saying a word. I wasn’t sure if there was something else I needed to do or if I should wait, so I politely asked, “do I just wait now ?” She gave me the ugliest look, as if I’d asked a stupid question. It was honestly uncomfortable and very unnecessary. Her demeanor was unwelcoming and super hostile, especially for a place where people come for care and support. If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. The “medical assistants” are ignorant, rude and uneducated, to say the least. On more than one occasion, they have messed up with my children. Just two days ago, they mixed my sons testing with that of another patient. When I called to fix the situation, the uneducated, untrained “medical assistant” if that’s what you call them, proceeded to tell me that I mistaked my sons last name! Ok lady!!! On another occasion, I took my children to get their annual physicals and a different ma in vitals didn’t do a vision or hearing test. !!! When I asked for her name, she refused to give it to me and when I asked for the manager, she refused to call her for me. They are the worst ma’s you can run into. HONESTLY. My daughter was given the absolute worse service we have ever experienced. Her finger skin was ripped off and she bled A LOT, the clinic did not care about the damage they caused and they didn't even offer to prescribe anything for the pain or for infection. This is the absolute most GARBAGE clinic you can ever go to. They will only hurt your children and ignore any complaints. I will be making a police report due to neglect. They did not tell about the wound they caused, I got home and removed the bandaid only to see a horrendous wound. My 4 month old was crying all night and had had a fever since. Seems like it's due to infection, the staff are absolutely inexperienced here and they don't not care for your children. Do you and your kids a favor and NEVER RETURN TO THIS GARBAGE...
