I would give her 5 stars every time she has done my hair and have been to her about 4 times but every time she has tried to give me black hair when my hair is brown. The first few times I agreed to it but this last time I booked she tried it again and I clearly told her.she wants to do what she wants to your hair instead of what I asked and agreed on. I wanted all purple hair for my birthday she stated I should’ve booked under color when I made the appointment which she made because the date I wanted was to far out so I reached out through her number on August 10th and she booked the appointment and had all text messages letting her know what I wanted. I sat in her chair after a hour wait because she was supposed to be there at 830 and showed up at 9 with no apology or explanation but my last braid appointment she was ready to cancel on me being 15 minutes late she started my hair and when I realized she was putting black in my hair I stopped her and said that’s not what I booked she then stated I would have to rebook because I didn’t hair enough hair which she told me to get 4 bundle she was nice enough to pick up the hair as my car was stolen a couple days prior which was nice of her but it wasn’t even prepped when I got there she told me I had to take accountability and then stated I was getting loud with her when I just wasn’t going to let her get over she gave me my deposit back and asked me to leave I have never had a issue with anyone that did my hair or have any problems and every time I sit in her chair it’s a problem and she blames it on the me. I was not letting her get over on me for my birthday with hair I didn’t want and she got angry for me taking up for myself. I am a braider myself and her customer service is not A1 braids are lovely but I will never book with her again. I ended up going to Royal braiding as she was going to leave me looking a hot mess as my birthday is tomorrow. I added convo pic because she blamed me and said I need to take half accountability when it clearly is her that need to. She threw it in my face that she picked up hair which is only ten minutes away and stated no one else would do that which is a lie I’m not a cheap or bummy client I’ll pay for what I want and even offered her gas and was going to tip her for everything she did for me but all I can say is she lost out on a loyal paying client just because of her attitude she clearly was making me angry then said because my voice was loud that I’m distracting people upstairs when she was yelling at me to take accountability I traveled 1 hour waking up at 530am to make it to her on bus and foot the nerve of her she also likes to compare herself to braiders and talked my ear off about people not wanting to pay her each appointment I was charged 350 my first appointment she gave extra length which I didn’t ask and still tipped her my second was 450 and today was also $450 she had nice customer service until I wouldn’t let her get over this time Then she had the audacity to text me the next morning about a bag she wanted that I had I left her ass on read and put her on block as she blocked me on all her social media sites so I wouldn’t blast her about it it wouldn’t let me update the picture but she...
