Uptop Bar — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Good music. But bar isn’t stranger friendly. Bar tenders pick and choose who they want to serve. Seems like they only serve the people they know. Bar gets really crowded and there are only about 2 bar tenders. I literally had to request a drink over and over. Bar tender kept forgetting me & continued to serve people they knew or their regular customers. I won’t be stopping by that bar again. One bar tender was also very rude with no manners.
