Old English Style Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

The food here is good and satisfy that craving but not amazing. Their whole wings are good but too salty. French fries are good but not always consistently so. Under normal circumstances I would rate 3.5 overall, the service is also friendly. The low rating is reflective of how they take your health safety during a pandemic.

Despite having a sign that requires customers to wear a mask for service—I can look into the kitchen and see 4 people with no masks on! The girl working at the counter was also not wearing a mask. I saw 2 people wearing masks when I last visited; 1 person in the kitchen and the guy handing me the food.

I know that many restaurants are struggling or have closed because of this pandemic. I still order food from local restaurants to support them. But why should I support a place that doesn’t care enough about their customers’ health to just wear a mask. It’s not that hard. It does not make me feel good having to write this but I believe that it’s for the best interest...

Why Would You Deliver Food wo thermal box?? When we received food for ten, the driver came with pizza boxes and food in passanger side without any protection. I was stunned to see it in cold weather that food were delivered like this. I even had to ask him “Why are u delivering food without any protection?” He just smiled at me without any explanation. What do u know the food were merely warm. Pizzas and buffalo wings seemed they were seating around for a little while. Am I satisfied? How does it feel to serve cold food to ur guests?

The girl who took the order was so unfriendly. I don’t get it. Whatever happened to good old Old English Style Pizza?? It doesn’t cost anything to be friendly and bing nice to people. We could have been their loyal customer feeding 10 to dozen...

My family have ordered from here for the last 10 year's... Placed an order today gave the girl my card info and phone number. She repeated the wrong number back so I gave her the correct number again... She said it will be 45 to an HR... An hr passed and I called and she said she was trying to call becuase one of the numbers on the card was off... Told her my phone never rang what number was she calling. She repeats the wrong number that she stated the first time when I ordered... I asked to be compensated in some why and still wanted the order becuase my children were waiting for the food and hungry!! The mamanger gets on the phone abruptly and stated they dont make compensations do u want to still order?!?! NO THANK U !!!! Very poor...
