I came to Altus to help me de-stress from a family emergency that has me in Philly; and I struggle with chronic pain in my neck and shoulders. I’ve done physical therapy, massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, myofascial release… and my 90 minutes with Holland was one of the single-handedly most helpful things I’ve ever done to relieve my pain.
I loved the deep pressure, the attention to my trigger points, and the stretching/movement techniques that were used. I will definitely be back to book with Holland again. They did such an amazing job, setting an intention for the time, accommodating my requests, and checking in with me regularly, all of which I appreciated.

Read moreI’ve been going to Altus since the start of my 3rd trimester for prenatal massages. Danielle is the massage therapist I saw- she specializes in pre and post natal massages. She also teaches a baby massage class. She came out to our home and it was such a wonderful experience for my daughter who is struggling with colic. Danielle is so passionate about what she does and is just a wonderful person. If you are in need of any of these services or just a good massage I couldn’t recommend her enough. Other benefits are their massages are cheaper than Hand and Stone and they take FSA/HSA cards. Can’t say enough good things about...
