Crabs Tu You — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I’ve probably order from Crabs Tu You about a dozen times, and the food is always delicious. The owner is incredibly warm, and friendly. She definitely puts her all into not only the food, but the overall experience.

Today I ordered the crab pan special with mussels, and I substituted broccoli for the eggs. Crabs Tu You has several different butter sauces, but my favorite is the garlic butter. This isn’t a meal you can finish in one sitting, so get ready to have the leftovers for the next day. My son ordered the crispy shrimp fried rice, and I’d say that he’s a super fan. Not only is it visually appealing, but it’s a lot of food and looks delicious. I took advantage of the 20 for $20 fried shrimp, and I ordered fried whiting w/ fries. I’m not sure what seasoning they put on the fries, but they are so good. I’m a fan of coleslaw, so I grabbed a 1/2 pint from the fridge and a lemon pound cake for my mom, as a treat.

Crabs Tu You is an amazing black owned business, and they should definitely be in your food...

Updated review as of 4/11/25 - I went back and ordered the Fish Fried Rice and Baaaaaaaby, that rice was “ricing”. It was delicious. It’s made with peppers so if you enjoy spicy food, this dish is for you. Good portion size as well. I ate this across two days.

I do feel like there wasn’t enough fish in the fish fried rice so just my opinion, putting the fried fish on top of the rice would allow me to control my rice to fish portions.

My next visit I will try a crab pan and the seafood salad one of my girlfriends said was delicious.

++++++++ I saw this establishment on social media and seeing how close it was to home, I knew I had to try it out.

I love seafood but wanted something fairly quick on a Saturday afternoon so I opted for the Big Fish Hoagie and it did not disappoint.

The size of the sandwich was perfect. It was a delicious blend of hearty pieces of fish with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, cheese and chipotle sauce.

Absolutely the best seafood place in Philadelphia, no lies told I’ve literally almost had everything and ordered over 3 days a week even before the opening to the public just couldn’t wait haha.. i have several of my favorites which is fried shrimp and snow crab platters, Asian noodle 🍜 and more Nay is the bomb her staff and delivery services are amazing and has been a blessing to me and my family under circumstances however please don’t hesitate to stop by and support you will not be disappointed at all my son is 8 years old and told me that her chicken is the best, and fish just go for yourself and enjoy the best Seafood alone with other options, remember to grab some dessert to end the day with lemon cake omg my favorite and other cakes..
