DO NOT BUY SHOES HERE!!! ( And Worst customer service you can find in Philly) I love the cute fits and of course I don’t expect those to last long but the shoes don’t even last 2 weeks.. I bought some really cute sandals here and within 2 weeks, the cork looking design fell off of the sides bc it’s just glued on, the strap ripped apart because apparently that’s also only glued together, not sewn, and now the shoes are useless. They are separating everywhere they can be separated. I came back and asked for a replacement, not even a refund. Which should be an easy exchange, especially it being within a month of buying these shoes and the manager told me that even if I come with the shoes still in the box, she’s not going to replace them. Even thought they are obviously faulty, she said if you wear the shoes at all, they just dismiss it as “wear and tear”. It doesn’t matter if it’s a second later, if your foot touches the shoe and it breaks, they’re not replacing it. Complete waste of money. I would never come back here to get shoes. Literally anywhere else but here which sucks because the designs look so nice but just don’t plan on wearing those shoes for more than 3 nights out lol. I never leave reviews because I usually just can’t be bothered and rather just buy another pair instead of dealing with todays awful customer service but this is just ridiculous. I’ve never been to a store that wouldn’t replace something that is obviously the fault of the product. I get it if I came like months later but this is within 2 weeks. I used to come here all the time but I’ll just leave the shoes alone and if you don’t like wasting money, then I suggest you leave the...
Read moreI use to like this location until yesterday when it was close to closing time. My friends and I went in 20 mins before closing knowing exactly what we wanted because we just came from the one on Fox Street and the employees were rude. They saw one of us walking towards the dressing room and closed the doors. I asked if they could try on something and they said no because they were closing soon. Which is fine but the problem I had was that after they said that, they continued to let employees try on clothes that the planned on purchasing. Why close the dressing rooms to us and not the employees too? The ones that are off the clock are technically customers. I just felt some type of way. In addition to that they keep saying rude comments about how people come in last minute, and how the time online must have been wrong. I know they close at 9pm that’s why we rushed from the other location to that one. Love the selection but the employees could use some...
Read moreI bought a pair of sandles that broke in 2 days. ...I didn't have the receipt or box..but was on my debit card....they would not allow me to exchange. ..I was stuck with poor merchandise the poor quality sandals. What made it worse was the extremely unprofessional and rude attitude of the manager she seems to have thought it was funny that my sandals are broken and that I couldn't exchange them period while her and the other cashiers that she was supposed to have been able to manage for all making rude and sarcastic comments. I thought it was extremely poor management extremely poor supervision of subordinates for customer service and overall for experience. The manager needs to take some courses in management whoever her manager is whoever hired her they need to be fired because she just doesn't...
