Something needs to be said about the unprofessionalism of this business. I had scheduled a teeth cleaning over the phone with a receptionist. I did not want x rays to be done. The receptionist said she could ask the dentist if i could have the cleaning without xrays since they go hands in hand for new patients and because Iām paying out of pocket. She was aware i would be a new patient. She places me on hold for a couple minutes, then returns to the call apologizing for the wait but tells me that the dentist agreed to me having a cleaning WITHOUT xrays. Next day, I arrive. Sign the sheet at the front desk and sit down waiting for my appointment. When the desk attendant calls my name, i go to the desk. She tells me the price for an Xray and a cleaning. I then tell her about the conversation. She insists i need an xray, but she goes back to talk to dentist allegedly, who allegedly confirms i need an xray. I explain to her this is a big inconvenience as i left work. I also watched something similar happen with a woman who walked out minutes before me after she was told she had to pay $800 out of pocket for a deli cleaning she was completely unaware of was necessary to get her crown work done. The desk attendant tells me she doesnāt know who told me I could have procedure without xray or why. I ask to speak to someone higher, and Iām told the office manager would call me after I put my name down. My name is already written down and i set an appointment, so writing my name down is pointless. I just decided to leave because this level of miscommunication and lies is out of control. As Iām gathering my belongings I overhear another desk lady saying something about my āattitude.ā I was visibly annoyed but definitely kept my cool and yes I expressed this was a big inconvenience. Even if i did have a so-called attitude, it would be warranted. If Iām giving that much attitude, sheās had a great life. Never raised my voice, never cussed. Just wanted accountability and my teeth cleaned as I had scheduled. 45 minutes of my life Iāll never get back sitting waiting for nothing while watching the live action Lilo & Stitch movie on the TV screen. A movie I would have probably never watched, but was literally the only good experience about any of this. To whoever is reading this, either donāt try this place or make sure you get everyoneās name you interact with for accountability. Not like it would...

Once I sat down not only the Young dentist did not know what he was doing very on experience and you could tell he did not know what he was doing. they are overwhelmed in that office they are very Unprofessional I went there for a regular cleanup but also to check if I had cavities. Because they were overwhelmed there and he is the only doctor he cannot fill in my cavity he said I would have to come back for that. He immediately started using a grinder on my teeth which are very sensitive without checking if I did have sensitive teeth and gums he did not use anything at first to numb my teeth or my gums. After he saw that I was squeezing my face and fist I kept shaking he then used a gel for my gums to numb numb which not only did he put it in a very sloppy way. He put it all over my tongue as if he was just rushing to get me out of the chair. they literally did x-rays and rush cleaning my teeth which they left a lot of calcium buildup. Please donāt take your children or yourself there it would be a waste of time I told him that I will report this but also reported to my insurance because they literally did all of this within 20 minutes left me with multiple cavities and unanswered questions.
The sad part is that I went there before about seven months ago a young Indian lady took very good care of me and she had an assistant helping not only did she numb my teeth but she injected me with something in my gums because I have very high tolerance so I could still feel the pain she made sure I was completely numb before she started working on my teeth was very detailed on telling me where and what...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy daughter and I had appointments. The wait to be seen was about an hour. The young lady that did our x-rays was professional and very pleasant. The dentist seemed out of place. They did my daughterās cleaning first. The hose from the cleaner was leaking and the dentist and the assistant helping her let the water pore on my daughterās shirt and leather jacket up until I said get something else, her shirt is wet. The assistant acted like that was an inconvenience but did get more dressing and paper towels. Then my turn came and the dentist didnāt know how to pull up my x-rays. Meanwhile, the assistant is in the chair next to me clicking a pen and making weird noises in my ear. She called for the young lady that did them. Then the assistant took my dressing off my neck and they left. Ten minutes later I get up because where is everyone and I look over to the next station. Whereās everyone, the dentist started cleaning the patient that came after me. No telling me anything and this was already three hours into the appointment. I was pissed off so bad that I had to leave. I told the front desk what happened and they scheduled me for the next day. I have never been so discussed by the lack of professionalism from a business. A dentist that leaves patients without an explanation and starts on the next person, no apology, no heads up. A assistant that standing there holding the suction hose while a patient is being wet up by their faulty equipment! I will not stop until I get the head of the place on the phone. This needs to stop because it was the worse experience and it didnāt have to be. Just...
