I love finding new places and having an experience. The Billionaire Lounge is an experience! The Lounge is a nice Tiktok capture or IG picture moment with a cool vibe and nice DJ. I was shocked by the location as it is near the hood but has private parking. The music is Hip Hop/ R&B. The price stands by its name Billionaire because you will spend a few $$$. The Lounge is an upscale lounge with a minuscule menu with bites to eat and not meals! The menu is very limited yet costly for the portion size. I would suggest eating before you go with the intention of having a quick or little bite there. For 3 gulf shrimp and fries, I paid $17.00, and for 4 mini filet mignon eggs rolls (fancy way of them saying cheesesteak egg rolls), I paid $20.00. My person and I looked at the portion size thinking of these kids or adult portions for the $$$. The drinks were cool and typical for the price of an upscale lounge. As previously stated, the decor was nice and photo worthy for some good captures. The atmosphere is a fun date night or girls' outing. They do have bottles priced at 300 and up 😵‍💫. But honestly, by the time you buy a few drinks, you would be close to paying for a bottle anyway. The hookah was 75.00 but unlimited coals and worth the cost because it was super smooth. Would I go back again... maybe for some drinks or a girl night, but this would not be something I would do on the regular. I would probably go once again for a birthday or something.

I celebrated my wife's 30th year birthday there, it is not what I expected from the pictures I saw, I expected scout and classy with somewhat of a vibe... The music was very raunchy and vulgar, the place was empty, and literally every single item was overpriced. I would say the food was very tasty, that was literally the only good thing about the evening. So many extra charges on my bill from a $500 package that I paid for for 10 people, ended up being 13 people. My bill came out to over $1700 with so many extra charges and items that were extremely overpriced. The service was very overwhelming, and the waiter was not equipped to handle the party, he was extremely overbearing and rude. Overall making it seem like he was there to take care of me every step of the way, it wasn't genuine, but in reality just wanted to work on a bigger tip which the gratuity was already included in. It was $300... I even went in the bathroom and caught him smoking with him telling me repeatedly that he was just on the phone with his wife and family... When I didn't even ask. I think the establishment is overrated and really just "hype"

MUST READ REVIEW Found this place on TikTok. My girlfriend’s and I were Visiting PHL for the Eagles game from FL. The owner(s) did a great job with the ambiance and physical presentation/interior design of the space. That gets a 10/10. However, the place is pretty expensive, aside from the extra fees you’ll see on your tab. Hookah is $100, drinks from their cocktail menu are about $20 on avg, I had the Billionaire which was very good. They do not have a large menu, but don’t expect to eat here and get full (unless you order a steak maybe?) because even for the price of my oxtail lasagna ($30 something) I only Got 4 pieces but it was pretty decent in taste. My 1 star review comes from the service. I have a fish allergy and got a sneak of the menu On TikTok, noticed they had Caesar salad …mind you this Is my usual salad of choice at any restaurant. The waitress mentioned that even though it wasn’t on their current menu, they could prepare it for me (so I could not see the description of the salad listed like most normal upscale restaurants have). Once I begin To eat it I notice Their dressing is homemade from scratch and has a good amount of anchovy in it (which is a usual ingredient in Caesar dressing but again I’m allergic to fish and I do eat It all the time as long as not much anchovy is used, usually I stay away from housemade dressings). Immediately my sister notices my lips starting to swell, and I alert the server of my allergy and send The salad back. Once the check comes I ask if it could be removed since I did Not eat it…the manager (Stephanie) comes over to the table and immediately says “First of all it’s your responsibility to alert us before you order” In other words she did not want to comp the salad but was very rude about it. I’ve never had a “manager” be so rude in their approach. We go back and forth for a bit and she ends up taking a water off our bill (that I asked For to calm the burning of my lips/mouth). Once we pay she sends security over to make us leave. Mind you there is maybe TWO other parties in the building so it’s not packed at all and I see Why. The security guard then makes us stand outside while we waited for our Uber in 40 degree weather and blew kisses from inside. lol I will Not recommend this place to my worst enemy, it just was simply not worth it. They need to hire new staff who actually will represent their business better because the place...

Very disappointed! The place was beautiful and great vibes and I was hoping to make this a weekend thing but unfortunately the experience with food was not great. We sat down at 9:30, alil before my reservation so that was a good thing. We ordered about 9:45. We ordered our appetizers and some drinks. We then ordered our dinner. Our appetizers never came out. My dinner came out alone. 45 mins pass my husband did not get his. I told the waitress about 20 mins after my food came out that I was hoping to eat dinner at the same time as my husband and she kind of just brushed it off. His food came literally 45 mins to 1 hour after mine. Then I asked her to just take off the appetizer because it’s been over an hour and we both now have our dinner, she didn’t seem to happy I asked her to do it, not rude just maybe a little annoyed, but again we waited well over an hour and once we got our dinner no point in appetizers. Then we asked for the bill. We paid the bill plus a nice tip. She then came back and told us that SHE charged us for the wrong steak so all the tip we gave her she used to pay the steak but we still owe her a small balance and a tip. I said you messed up and now we still owe you and she says yeah cause I charged you for the wrong steak. To avoid an argument my husband gave her extra money. I just thought that was not kool. I had really high hopes and I’m kind of sad it went that way because the place is really a vibe and the food we finally did...
