The food is always fresh, hot and delicious. The Manager is very professional. She is friendly, approachable and polite to internal and external customers. She's running the register, food orders, drinks and helping the customers. She is hands on. Training new associates while assisting the other employees. She has motivation, dedication especially passion which is rare nowadays. Multi tasking and assisting all aspects of the facility. The thing which caught my eye and very interesting to me was. She knows who needs assistance before them asking for help. She can sense when the order wasn't correct. Fixing problems, orders and explaining what's wrong. What needs to be taking care of. Very positive, productive and understanding. Definitely a professional at every level. Staying calm sincere and a team player. She is a great asset to Popeyes. The employees, especially the customers....

The store is very clean. The general staff are all nice HOWEVER, the manager "Ali" is definitely not accustomed to customer service. I ordered from here on 3/3 and received the wrong order. I reached out and was told my meal would be free on my next visit...cool. I do not live in this part of the city but when I was in the area on 3/29 I did visit to redeem my meal. Ali told me "next time come sooner" with his arms crossed and a flat facial expression I said well hopefully there won't be a next time because orders should be correct. Wow you guys got to come check out this new popeyes on tulip Street. Its right next to my blink gym, I had to take a cheat day.

I walk in this place amazed how this place was unlike any other popeyes I went to. Super clean, Services was fast, staff what so nice, the manager even come out often just to check that customer are good enjoying there meal.

I think I took a cheat day. Now I will cancel my gym membership 🤣😂. I have to come here every day instead.
