Barcode Lounge and restaurant — Restaurant in Philadelphia

This place is horrible to say the least. I went for my friends birthday gathering on karaoke Monday. First of all, the music was not great. They played nothing I would dance to. And you would have not known it was karaoke night. Second of all, the bartenders are unpleasant and unprofessional. Third of all, the place was over priced. It was $20 to enter and the lady collecting the money was unwelcoming and rude as hell. It was $12 for a mixed drink and $6 for a shot. Absolutely no drink menu or beers. The food was a disgrace I never seen chicken wings so skinny. And to top it off the promoter is very disrespectful to women. I hated spending my hard earn money in this pathetic place. The chairs and couches looked like they got it right out the dumpster. This place should be shut down asap. And whoever is running it...

My experience here was a good time for me because I surround myself with people that have good positive energy. I had BBQ Wings with Fries and Broccoli. Food was Delicious! If I'm not mistaken from the looks of it. It might have 2 different businesses I was in. But didn't pay too much mind to it. It's also a Cash Only Place. They have an ATM. If you are boujee minded and whatnot. You might not like the set up. The place can definitely use a Remodel. Which I would suggest to the owner. Because the staff is pretty nice, well to me at least. Haha. Umm. Yeah, so if you are very picky about how nice a place is and whatnot. I don't recommend for you to go here. But if you like to give places the benefit of the doubt. Since my comment was taken down off Instagram, I figured I would come and leave a review where it can’t be deleted. I have never been to this place and I never want to go. I was standing outside waiting for food from next door from Barcode and I witnessed the owner being very rude to a dash driver waiting to pick up food from his establishment. I remember the lady just asking a simple question and he came off very ignorant even went as far to say “I will have you banned from every bar in the city” like he was actually somebody of importance.
