This place is a joke. A total ripoff. My truck broke down in Philadelphia and had to be taken here on July 1. I just got my truck back March 10. (9 months later) Started out as bad fuel pump which is under recall now with no parts available and don't know when will be. All warranty work. After 5 months and two or three fuel samples taken they determined contaminated fuel. Never contacted me letting me know this. Went ahead and (without my permission to do anything but warranty covered repairs ) fixed truck. Over eight grand in repairs. I pick truck up and it starts squealing no 100 yds away. They don't know what the problem ja but not gonna hurt anything to go ahead and drive it 3 hours and 30 min. back home. Said everything was under warranty for two years. So I drove home and when I got home the entire under carriage is covered in fuel. They busted the storage compartment in the rear floor and didn't even tell me about it. They tore foam covers ,left line clips missing, left battery unclaimed......etc..... They didn't care if I made it home or not , all they wanted was $$$ and didn't even fix my truck completely. I have never purchased vehicle from this dealership but members of my family have and they have been extremely satisfied. So today I was driving by and I noticed my display was indicating low tire pressure. I stopped to see if the service department was still open, it was almost closing time. When my 2017 Ram 1500 broke down on a thu 6, I called ahead, used the towing service they recommended. They told me they would start on the repair on Monday. On Wednesday I called to check on it, they said they hadn't started on it, if they had a chance it would be a week or two before they could, said I might want to take it to another Dodge dealer. Totally unacceptable, I paid $630.00 to have it towed back to Louisiana, they had it fixed and running in 4 days. I hope if your out of town you dont need this dealership, cause they will...
