Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Ordered take out.. asked for a Stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. Was good. Asked for 2 breadsticks with bacon add. We have done before. They did it for us before. This time they didn't. We came to the window. They were noisily looking into our truck over and over.. really strange. Were walking around.. talking to each other.. fooling around.. they seem to have people there that didn't even work there... just seemed like no really cared.. My order was wrong.. no bacon on breadsticks.. not to mention the food was cold.. cheese wasnt cooked enough.. and we paid 31 bucks.. havent been here in a year.. last time we came was good. But has went downhill... come on pizza hunt! Clean it up so I can come back and change...

I don’t know where the woman who said she ate lunch there and received excellent service really ate but it couldn’t be here. Restaurant stinks of soured who knows what from filthy carpet, bathroom dirty and doorknob almost falling off. In addition, terrible service from obviously untrained and unsupervised staff who spent far too much time gabbing to each other instead of serving. Had to request onions 3 times, waited ten minutes for drinks (with two other tables occupied and server not tending to them during our wait)and also had to go ask for flatware. Twice now we have gone to this store and both times highly disappointed. The lady that was supposed to be running the front was in such a hurry to leave she didn't even take our drink order. She yelled at the server in the back that we were the. After seating ourselves it was more than 15 minutes we sat without drinks I finally went up and asked. We requested fresh pizza on the buffet and were told it would be right up. Nearly 45 minutes later nothing got brought out. The staff is unprofessional and rude. They were not busy just didn't care. May have been 5 people in the store to eat besides my family. This store really needs cleaned up and a whole new management and...
