Grocery Outlet — Local services in Philadelphia

Went in and spent 84$ for them to tell me the bathroom was “out of order” & that my newly potty trained daughter who needed to go couldn’t use it. I did ask The employee what happens if they need to go to the bathroom.. she replied “we have to walk to another store and go.. Rite Aid (down the street) for an example” I think it’s bull crap. I’ll never go back. And honestly wish I didn’t pay for the things I bought. She said the bathrooms been down...

Terrible experience!! Went in today to complete a shopping order for Uber eats around 4:30 and did not know the store was closing at 5 had really rude and nasty employees including the manager harassing me and my husband rushing us out the store because they had to leave at exactly 5 pm or systems shut down getting ready to come up to check out and was told to leave !! Never ever in my life was I made to feel so anxious and uncomfortable shopping...

I was excited to see a new grocery store in the area. Unfortunately, there’s a reason everything is so cheap, reputable stores don’t want the trash they are selling. I got a whole filet tenderloin when they first opened and I couldn’t even get one decent steak out of it. I went back and tried a few other things they sold, all very poor quality, even the vegetables. Looks like they hired all family and friends to work there too, not one person...
