Asian Chopsticks — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Needless to say I will no longer be ordering from here. My family and I had been good, loyal customers, ordered frequently, always large orders, tipped well and more than the delivery driver deserved most of the time, until we recently moved. We are still in the recommended mileage for their delivery range and although they have delivered to my new address several times, they suddenly decided that it was too far to continue to making deliveries. I guess they feel that they have enough buisness that they can pick and choose their customers. Even their long time regulars. I could have stopped ordering from them when I had ordered bourbon chicken from them around Thanksgiving last year and instead of chicken I received left over turkey or on the many occasions they had forgotten an item and instead of being reasonable and sending it right out, would insist only on crediting their mistake to my next order or even when I would order the same dish every time, but they'd prepare it differently, THIER WAY and not to my liking, depending on the cook. Obviously they do things out of convenience to themselves opposed to what is appropriate for the customer. When ordering from here don't look for loyalty, consistency or gratitude or consideration. Update: not sure what has happened with Asian chopsticks but it’s turning for the worst. First, whoever one of the ladies answer whom take my order, she get it wrong or overcharge me. Today, was my final straw. I am a regular. My family and I order from Asian Chopsticks at-least twice a week. Today, I placed a fairly large order. My regular MIXED CHINESE VEGETABLES. My son came out with our order. I smelled Shrimp with mixed vegetables. I called and explained to the gentleman answering what happened. He replaced the order. When I tasted the replacement order, hardly any sauce and flavor. Extremely bland overcooked vegetables, I’m livid. I’ve been a very kind, customer to you guys. You have some horrible people working for you now. It was nice while it lasted.

The atmosphere is take out. Restaurant has two tables but not your idea eat in. My family and I love the fried wings, beef with broccoli, cheesesteak rolls and egg foo young. Loved their generals, it had very little breading on it and had a home made taste and texture and their sauce was red with peppers. The last two time we ordered the generals, one time it was so over cooked it was crunchy and uneatable, the second and last time, 2 weeks ago, it was very breaded l, like it was bought from the restaurant store, frozen and deep fired. Their pork fried rice seems to have less and less pork in it, I have ordered extra pork in the rice and when I got it, it seemed like they just cut up the same amount into smaller pieces. I loved their food and would always spend between 50$ and 80$. Still love their generals sauce, which for me it’s hard to find any more. I do not like the brown sauce.
