Lets Wok — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I order from this place all the time and yesterday will be the last time I'm ordering from them, I told the man on the phone I want two platters of chicken wings fried rice the other platter was chicken wings shrimp fried rice and a 2 liter soda, I received my 2 liter soda, 4 wings fried rice and shrimp fried rice and no wings. I called the man and asked him nicely to bring me my 4 wings because that's what I paid for, he told me no he can't bring them I would have to pay more and he hung up on me, I called my mom and we went up there and the Asian lady said she can not give me my 4 wings it will be extra money, it should not be extra money I paid for it already when the delivery guy came, not once did the guy I talk to on the phone came to the window. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY BODY THEY HAVE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND VERY RUDE TO CUSTOMERS I WAS VERY LOYAL TO THEM, YOU RATHER LOSE A LOYAL CUSTOMER OVER 4 WINGS? THEM ASIAN’S NEED TO GO BACK TO WHERE THEY CAME...

This has been one of my favorite Chinese restaurants for years until Lately. The last few months the fried rice has been burnt, taste burnt..almost undigestable I kept trying to give them a chance because the food is normally great. Today was the last straw... I ordered multiple items..most were ok. Until I tried my food- shrimp fried rice with broccoli.. The shrimp is either over done or rotten. I can't tell...it disintegrates between your fingers and in your mouth. The rice taste sooo burnt, the shrimp is mushy and I called the store to tell her and she told me " No no, I cook the food and nobody complain all day." I said ok and I never complain but this food is bad. She kept telling me it wasn't bad. Then she finally agreed "to replace it" if I come to the store with the bad food or I can order $13 more food so the driver can bring it back. No thank you.. You just lost a loyal FAMILY...

The shrimp egg rolls were of inferior quality, two to four small pieces of shrimp, and the egg roll itself was under-cooked. I also have given Let’s Wok many taste tests to see if their menu lived up to the hype; in the end – it does not do justice for any of their items listed on their take out foods.

Pros: None to mention

Cons: Most of orders are rushed – and not prepared properly, in addition to that – there needs to be more attention to the quality of food Let’s Wok is serving to many African-American patrons, and those who frequent their establishment thinking that their food is of a great quality.
