Great with clients until they don't want to. Good with employees until whoever is supervising thinks he/she has control over your life and the client's. Recommended this homecare to my Godmom. It was a great ride. I got into my own business and dropped some hours. An "Angel" was posted to cover the ones I couldn't fill, It was like an extended family. Mom love her. I love her. Paulino Home Healthcare has been in my family for years , the staff is always available and helpful. Rose is very knowledgeable and on point when it comes to the employees' needs and payroll . As for the coordinator Lissette , she has always been very helpful and caring for my family members' needs. I couldn't be more grateful to Paulinos Healthcare.
