My wife and I were prepared to spend decent money and so we looked around, but the second we asked about one particular piece we had thought about, Wanda and an older gentleman (maybe named Lou?) with white hair got strangely defensive and aggressively told us they “don’t sell what [you’ve] been seeing on TV” and what we wanted was “cheap foam” even though that’s not what we were talking about (while shoving a print magazine in my face) and then literally escorted us out and told us to go to IKEA without even fully hearing us out, asking us to elaborate, or even seem willing to discuss our other options… Very insensitive behavior and they jumped to very harsh conclusions all while being super condescending. I called McGills on the chance that they could direct me on how to get a replacement. I spoke to Louis, and he asked me to send a picture of the broken spring.
