I went to Melanie last year for highlights and loved them I went back for my touch up but this time my hair got fried. The shampoo girl saw there was a problem with my hair and went to Melanie on what to do. Melanie told her to put this treatment on my hair. The next day I had to call them because my hair was like a Brillo pad, it was so badly damaged. So, fast forward to the other day I had an appointment with Melanie but had to change the time, she wasn’t available at the time I needed so I had a different girl put my touch up on. Melanie walked by me several times and never once came over to me to say hello or to check out my hair since she’s the one that was doing my hair and destroyed it. She really knows her craft. She listened to me and she looked at my particular hair growth pattern. Used platinum hair co as my hair vendor for my wedding, and it was the best decision!! I had 15 women getting their hair done that morning and Mel, Sara, and Terri made everyone look and feel beautiful. They were so efficient and timed it perfectly so we had time to relax/drink/eat before pictures. Not to mention, they themselves were so fun/nice to get ready with the day of the wedding.
