Ho Le Chan — Restaurant in Philadelphia

So I ordered a shrimp roll from this Chinese store on the phone and when I come, I give her $20 and I asked her for the price because some Chinese stores be trying to get me all the time for some reason I don’t know if it’s just me or with anyone else. So she gives me a different price from the menu. The menu says 1.35 She says it’s 1.75 so I am about tired of this and I say never mind I don’t want it give me my money back. She is still holding onto my $20 and says no I’m not giving you your money back because I already made it. So she doesn’t want to give me my money back at all. She is still holding onto the 20. At least she could have gave me back my change from the eggroll, so I called the cops and when they come she gives me The money, but still charges me for the eggroll telling the cops that she’s not going to give me my money. So the police officer asked her why on the menu it says a different price and she’s charging me extra and she says because of Covid. So with the change, she gave me a five dollar bill that looks like a fake five dollar bill so the police officer ask her to give me a different five dollar bill and the Chinese lady gives us a problem. So I just left because I really didn’t have time to sit there and go back-and-forth and make a big deal out of it. I’m just leaving this review to let you guys know please make sure you guys ask for your price before you go there and be mindful on how much they are charging you because these Chinese stores are getting people now, they are robbing people. This place is ok. I went there for the first time to get a coat cleaned. I'm not familiar with dry cleaning prices, but I kinda thought $35 was a little bit high for the coat. The coat did have a faux fur hood, but the coat cost me less then $100 when I bought it. I'm not sure if that's factored in or not. The coat looks good though. I kinda wish it had a really good laundry smell though, but like I said I'm not familiar with dry cleaning, so I just didn't know what to expect. Um where do I begin... Let's start with the fact that the prices in their menu are NOT the prices that she actually charges! I ordered 2 large wonton soups, 6 spring rolls and a cheesteak roll which when I added up the prices from the menu came to $13 but when I went to pick up my food she said it was $19! Umm huh?! When I asked her why and how that could be she gave me entirely different prices. I asked why her menu had other prices and she just shook her head no. So I walked out!
